**Registration is Simple!

READ THE FOLLOWING STEPS TO ACCURATELY COMPLETE YOUR ENROLLMENT:

STEP 1: Complete your Contact & Tuition information on the form below. It is very important we have your most current email address you will be using during your training.

STEP 2: Sign Both (2) Agreements: One is the iACTcenter training agreement, the second is a release form giving permission to record you as our classes are via zoom.

STEP 3: Be sure to whitelist our email: assist@iactcenter.com. You don't want our emails ending up in your spam.

NOTE: Approximately 2 weeks prior to the start of your classes you will begin receiving emails with instructions to prepare for your classes.
